A collaboration between Signs By Benchmark and Signs West (Austin, TX) was featured in the December 2017 issue of Signs of the Times magazine. The project included a custom architectural monument sign for Townhomes at Twenty01, a new housing community in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Designed by Signs West Graphic Designer Deborah Camp, the artwork called for a double-sided, foam-core sign with back panels to match the corrugated metal used on the exterior of the nearby buildings. Using its expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core medium, Signs By Benchmark was able to replicate the metal’s profile using CNC hot wire cutting equipment.
“There is no one in the area that can do what [Signs By] Benchmark can do for the prices they have,” Camp said.
